Refund policy

We want you to love your Snuggs! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return: Email BoiGuruTV@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
